Cost of color

Cancellation policy

We use a fancy technology called Salon Scale.  This app allows us know our color cost per guest visit.  The scale measures the color cost down to cents per gram.  It also will help us to have less color waste.  The cost of color will be in addition to the cost of your service. Think "parts + labor"

A current credit card number will be required for all reservations. Any "no-showed" reservations will be charged 100% of the reservation cost.  Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reservation cost.  All color services and Brazilian Blowouts require a 48 hour cancellation notice.  By providing a credit card you understand that these charges can and will be applied to the credit card.  

Re-Do Policy

If you are unhappy with your hair we want to make it right. Please let us know within one week that a change needs to be made. Changes must be made by the original stylist.  

Retail Returns

All tools and accessory sales are final. Tools come with a one year warranty excluding damage from dropping the tool or manual damage. The one year warranty comes begins on purchase date.  If you are unhappy with your haircare maintenance products they can be exchanged for new product within in 21 days of purchase.
