Missed & Cancelled Reservations
We understand that cancellations can and do happen. Please remember that every last-minute cancellation results in wasted time and resources, and more importantly, a lost opportunity to earn income. We understand that emergencies happen, but it does not lessen the impact on the livelihood of our stylists.​
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. Our cancellation fees are as follows, and a credit card will be kept on file to hold future appointments. By providing your credit card, you understand that these charges can and will be applied to your card.

Late Arrival
To respect all client reservations, you may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Cost of Color
We use a technology called Salon Scale. This app allows us to know the exact color used, per guest, per visit, down to the gram! This ensures you are only being charged for the color used on your specific service, and reduces color waste. This cost is added to each client at checkout.

Revisions to Services
If you are unhappy with your hair we want to make it right. Please let us know within one week that a change needs to be made. Changes must be made by the original stylist.

Retail Returns
Tool exchanges are available within five (5) days of purchase (unopened and unused). Tools come with a one-year warranty excluding damage from dropping the tool or manual damage. The one-year warranty begins on purchase date.
If you are unhappy with your haircare maintenance products they can be exchanged for a new product within ten (10) days of purchase. Used product must be at least half-full. We cannot offer cash refunds for any purchase.
